In the real world, revolutionary spirit tends to be contageous. When the ILR decided to declare itself independent you can bet that other worlds took notice.

This opens up a lot of interesting scenaario options as well as new forces one could build.

Of course, the speed at which they come out will pretty much depend on how successful the kickstarter is and the subsequent growth of the game.

There’s a point at which it will be come feasible for me to convince my wife that I can actually afford to spend all day writing game books, bit we’re not there yet... lol

What would be the rules for fans based work/s?

Way back when I was playing I was setting up a few independent worlds that weren't particularly enamoured with either side.
